There are so many weight loss diets being promoted by different gurus everywhere. In the midst of all the noise and confusion it is often so hard to know distinguish fact from fiction. But we will attempt to do just that… Here’s a description of some of the popular weight loss diets.
The South Beach Diet

The Zone Diet

Low Fat Diets

Low Carbohydrate Diets
Low carbohydrate diets help lower the one thing that all good diets aim at: reduced calories. There’s no getting around the fact that more calories consumed than used leads to weight gain.
